Please note due to limited availability of all our therapists 60min/session is preferred minimum to give the therapist enough time to assess, create a better treatment plan depending on each client’s needs and re-assess after the massage treatment. Our RMT Massages are provided by an RMT Practitioner and are licensed by The College of Massage Therapist of Ontario (CMTO). They’re specialized in therapeutic massage techniques, including Myo-Fascial Restriction Release, Swedish Massage, Deep tissue and Myo-Fascial Trigger points release. Our mission is a clinically focused massage treatment helps alleviate/ rehabilitate the discomfort associated with everyday and occupational stresses, muscular over-use, and many chronic pain conditions. Our Therapy includes clinical Assessment and Recommended Home Care Exercises. We caters individual clients needs and emphasizes the use of stretching, strengthening and joint mobilization in her treatments. We’re interested in helping her clients to maintain or resume meaningful activities and to gain autonomy over their health. We believe that everyone deserved to feel good in their body and discover movement in a safe and encouraging environment. We support our client’s journey to moving better, feeling stronger and capable within their body.
